condom boxesCondom boxes

Model 26912 "Condom"
Box size: Xlg...oh alright, 3" x 2 3/4" x 1"
Woods: contrasting hardwoods or all cocobolo
Price: $29

This always gets a laugh for some reason, but I think its a neat design for the 90's. Put a couple of these out, and the message it sends is, "I'm interested, have good taste, disposable income...and I care..." Moreover, its a magic box... You could use it for something else, like small jewelry...

basesBases for art objects

Model: 86190 set of three nesting stands
Size: largest is 3 ½" x 2 3/4" x 2 1/2"
Woods: specify dark (Balsam of Peru) or light (Lacewood)
Price: $30

When I was courting the woman who later became my wife, I made her some simple display stands for her vases, small statues, and so on. Worked for me, why not for you? Most small objets look better raised, turn your vases into vahses...

Nesting chest boxes

Model 31232 nesting set of four chest boxes

Price: $90

Model nesting set of three chest boxes
Wood: cocobolo
Price: $60

Model 31932 nesting set of four chest boxes
Wood: Lacewood with cocobolo sides
Price: $80

I made this in one size at first, and liked it a lot. It felt good in the hand, and vaguely recalled a treasure chest. Trouble is, it's not the world's most useful shape as a box, so I made the other sizes so there'd be something to put into it and it into, and so on. Arcane note: before the Russian dolls, there were Chinese nesting boxes, illustrating something about the nature of life. Only three people ever understood this. One died, another went mad...and I'm afraid that I've forgotten!

Business card boxes

Model 26932 business card box
Size: 4 ½" x 3" x 1"
Woods: contrasting hardwoods or all cocobolo
Price: $40

A very classy corporate or executive gift. This is a classic of design, with its tapering asymmetry. Reeks of wealth and power, reducing all who see it on your desk to the status of helpless suppliants. Better get two...

Chopstick sets

Model 45892 boxed set of six pair chopsticks with rests
Size 10 1/4" x 2 5/8" x 1 3/4"
Wood: cocobolo, purpleheart (purple) or goncalo alves (tan with black streaks)
Price: Cocobolo: $75 Purpleheart or goncalo alves: $70

What can I say? When you need one of these, you need one of these! Perfect wedding gift for vegans and sushi-lovers. Just wipe clean, wood is naturally anti-bacterial!

Continuous grain box

Model 20292 continous grain box
Size: 7 ½" x 4 3/4" x 2 3/4"
Wood: cocobolo
Price: Temporarily out of stock

Some friends vote this my all-time best design. How could they be so shallow? Ask any author - one's best is always one's latest! The sides on this are cut from one piece of wood, so the grain flows around the box. If you can't figure it out, email me. I gave one of these to Jimmy Carter, fellow woodworker, when he was down in Costa Rica. He sent such a nice thank-you note, that I became conditioned to give these to US presidents, and so Reagan, Bush and Clinton each got one as well when they were here. Available in Limited Edition Only. Not Sold on TV. Act Now.

Cremation urn

Model 06930C Cremation urn with lock, cedar lined

This is a top quality box, built to last. We buried a dear family member in the first.
